Coaching

For many survivors of sexual trauma, healing is only part of the journey.

At some point, the questions begin to shift.
Who am I beyond what happened to me?
What do I want from life?
Can I dream again?
What would it look like to build a future that isn’t defined by my past?

Nikao Story Coaching is a coaching experience designed specifically for survivors of sexual trauma who are ready to reconnect with their identity, rediscover what’s possible, and intentionally create the next chapter of their lives.

This isn’t about reliving your trauma.

It’s about understanding how your story has shaped you, recognizing the strengths
you’ve developed along the way, and moving forward with clarity, confidence, and hope.

Rediscover and Reconnect

With Who You Are

Our Framework

Phase 1: Understanding Your Story
Your experiences shape the way you see yourself, others, and the world around you. Together, we’ll explore the chapters that have influenced your beliefs, patterns, and perspectives while identifying the resilience that has carried you this far.

Phase 2: Reconnecting With Your Identity
Trauma can leave people wondering who they are beneath the survival strategies they’ve developed. In this phase, we’ll explore your values, strengths, gifts, passions, and the parts of yourself that may have been buried beneath years of simply trying to make it through.

Phase 3: Reimagining What’s Possible
Many survivors become experts at surviving but struggle to imagine what thriving could look like. Together, we’ll challenge limiting beliefs, explore possibilities, and reconnectwith dreams that may have been forgotten, delayed, or abandoned.

Phase 4: Illuminating Your Vision
The final phase focuses on creating a meaningful vision for your future and identifying practical steps toward the life you want to build.

Coaching vs. Therapy

While coaching and therapy can complement one another, they serve different purposes.

Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health concerns, processing emotional wounds, and supporting recovery from past experiences.

Coaching focuses on helping individuals gain clarity, identify goals, overcome obstacles, and move forward toward the future they want to create.

As a survivor and former counseling professional, I understand the lasting impact trauma can have on identity, relationships, and the way we move through the world.

While that perspective informs my coaching, coaching is not therapy, counseling, crisis intervention, or mental health treatment.

If at any point it appears that therapy would better support your needs, I will gladly encourage you toward appropriate professional resources.
